You will receive a prompt reply from Steve in regards to your question. You will either receive your answer right away or Steve will request additional information from you to help answer your question. If you find that you are not satisfied with your answer, or if Steve is not able to provide the information that you need, simply request a refund from Steve to receive a complete refund of your payment.

Swimming Pool Steve Consulting

If you have paid for a subscription to the Swimming Pool Steve Consulting service then you will need to touch base with Steve via email so that he can start a file on your project. It would be helpful if you can email Steve directly with the following information:

Project description
Your geographic location
Pool type (concrete, vinyl liner or fiberglass)
Pool age
Pool shape
Pool size (length, width, shallow end depth, deep end depth)
Pump specifications (brand and model)
Filter specifications (type, brand and model)
Heater specifications (type, brand and size)
Peripheral equipment (all other equipment or accessories)

If you are not able to answer some of these questions, or some of this information does not apply to your situation then by all means you can omit this information. The more information that you can provide about your specific situation, the greater Steve will be able to assist you with your questions. It will also be helpful for you to be able to provide pictures of your pool and pool equipment when requested so please try to have the availability to take pictures and email them to Steve when he requests them.
